Finding mails with Attachments
from:Vadeem has:attachment
or
from:Vadeem@gmail.com has:attachment

Deleting unnecessary mails from G mail
Search using
subject:urgent opening
If you find some mails that are really useless for you.
Then please go to the Filter Section, Create New Filter
Type urgent opening in subject
Click Next Step
Click Delete it
Click you can also apply filter to ...conversations below.

This will delete all mails coming in future having subject:urgent opening

You can use words like
Jobs Free Join in Subject field.
